Ausform is a company that promotes experiments in theatre and performance. 

We run a performance platform twice yearly, we present visiting companies and host events/parties throughout the year.

The party nights are mostly for fun and play, are themed based and our profits make up the artist fees for our platforms. The Ausform Platforms happens around November and April and present 4-6 new pieces of work from artists we think are exciting. Ausform presents local, national, as well as, international work. We also present work which isn't new, but that has not been shown in Bristol before. 

Ausform was 2 years old in September 2011 and started as a performance platform at the Cube Microplex. The initial idea was to create more possibilities of work - to create work for artists - and from there we've grown organically and are now an ideas-lead producing outfit. We activly seek to promote the touring and presenting as well as production of contemporary dance, circus and experimental theatre in the South West region. We aim to work with a mixed bag of artists we believe in.

Ausform has a particular enthusiasm for experimental circus, contemporary dance or live art. If you are an artist who feel you work in the realms of those genres please get in touch so we can get to know you.
